Early Childhood Development – ECD
This program  FUMACO, it intends to strengthen the capacities of families and local community structures to support vulnerable children to access preschools, pre-primary education and feeding program within targeted communities. The initiative for this program is driven by the fact that in Tanzania, vulnerable children have limited chances to access education due to socio-cultural and economic barriers such as poor economic status within their families, and negative altitudes that disempowering vulnerable children from early their ages through to adulthood. Under this program we sponsorship education materials and uniforms . The goal is mainstream vulnerable children into schools, safe and supportive community.
 
Skills Training and Economic Empowerment
FUMACO believes in showing people how to change their lives instead of having to rely on others. We believe in providing long term solutions to poverty through giving skills that can provide sustainable incomes. Our greatest challenge is providing the financial support needed to start up in business. Through business and skills training, we provide women with the opportunity to create and expand businesses in areas such as rabbit, goat rearing, chicken farming, agriculture, small shops and handcrafts.

HIV-TB Education and Support
FUMACO has undertaken trainings and community dialogue forums to enlighten community members on the link between HIV and TB and also infusing rights based approaches in the management and care of HIV patients who have TB.helps raise awareness of HIV-TB to eradicate the stigma attached to being HIV positive, organises support groups, and provides economic empowerment to HIV+ people within the community.

Child Marriage Campaign
We are campaigning on child marriage through public meetings and trainings to local communities.FUMACO raise awareness of the harmful impact of child marriage by encouraging open, inclusive and informed discussion at the community.
